Rehabilitation and Strengthening of “Agios Andreas” Patras General Hospital)

Project Description

Retrofitting of an existing 8-storey RC building built in 1964. The total area of the structure is 15.000m². Seismic assessment was performed according to the Greek Code on Assessment and Strengthening of Existing Structures (KANEPE). The strengthening scheme used include concrete jacketing and addition of new shear walls. The old foundation was retrofitted raft footing. Final & Detail design.
