Description: Conceived for the expansion of Athens Courthouse, this building was designed and constructed in one of the largest sites in the centre of the city, to house the increased space requirements. The project was executed with the design-construction method. Interesting features of the building are:

New Prefecture Building of Athens

Description: New, 13-storey (5 underground - 8 floors) bio-climatic, seismic isolated RC building with a total area of 9.000 m2. Bored piles walls are used for retaining. Final Design.

New bioclimatic Prefecture building in Elefsina, east Attica

Description: New, 3-storey (1 underground – 2 floors) bio-climatic building with a total area of 8.000 m2. It consists of reinforced concrete and structural steel. “Design – construction” scheme. Final Design.

Theatre building of Zante

Client: MUNICIPALITY OF ZAKINTHOS
Budget: €4,500,000
Description: New, 2-storey (1 basement – 2 floors) building with a total area of 3600 m2.  It consists of reinforced concrete and steel & composite components. Raft foundation is used supported on piles. Bored piles walls are used for retaining. Detail design.

New SPA building of Loutraki

Client: MUNICIPAL TOURISM LIMITED COMPANY FOR «LOUTRAKI»
Budget: €15,000,000
Description: Four new buildings consisting of 3 and 4 floors (1 underground, 2-3 over-ground) with provision for an additional floor. The structural form used is from reinforced concrete of a total area of 6.500 m2. Retrofitting of an existing 1500 m2 stone masonry building using gunite is performed. Raft foundation is used. The roof is constructed using structural steel. Moreover a swimming pool was also constructed. “Design – Construction” scheme. Final and Detail design.

New City Hall of Koridalos

Description: Three new 4-storey buildings with a total area of 2,800 m². It is a composite structure with basement floors made from reinforced concrete and over-ground floors made from structural steel.  “Design – construction” scheme. Final Design.

New Public Elderly house care of Argostoli

Client: PRIMARY NURSING HOME OF ARGOSTOLI
Budget: €25,000,000
Description: Nine structurally independent buildings (up to 3-storeys), with or without basement floor of a total area of  8.000 m². Adverse soil conditions and high water table exist. Raft foundation is used. Final and Detail Design.   

New Cemetery of Arta

Client: MUNICIPALITY OF ARTA
Budget: €4,000,000
Description: A new Cathedral Church and several complex 1-storey buildings for the operational needs of the cemetery of a total area of 2,600m² are designed. Furthermore, the design of 2 ponds of a total area of 200m² was performed. The structural material used is reinforced concrete with wooden roofs. Detail design.
