The structural form used is from reinforced concrete of a total area of 6.500 m2. Retrofitting of an existing 1500 m2 stone masonry building using gunite is performed. Raft foundation is used. Seismic assessment was performed according to the Greek Code on Assessment and Strengthening of Existing Structures (KANEPE). The strengthening scheme used include concrete jacketing and addition of new shear walls. The old foundation was retrofitted raft footing. Final & Detail design.
